Caption	Class of 2018 Twilight Ceremony: posted September 2014 on Flickr, Class of 2018 Twilight Ceremony, The Twilight Ceremony marks the end of orientation and the beginning of the new academic year. New students gathered on the Collis Porch and, as the sun set, symbolically passed the flame from candle to candle. The bells of Baker Tower chimed as the group walked with lighted candles to the Bema for ceremonies and song. The candles were then extinguished, symbolizing the closing of orientation week and the promise of personal commitments to the upcoming school year. The ceremony closed with the singing of the "Alma Mater" as the Baker bells continued to chime
