Abstract	I present new wide-field photometry of several globular clusters including: BVI ground-based photometry and VI space-based photometry for the globular cluster M92 (NGC 6341) BVI photometry for M2 (NGC 7089), M3 (NGC 5272), and M14 (NGC 6402) and infrared photometry for M2, M5 (NGC 5904), and M12 (NGC 6218). The clusters with optical data are used for extensive objective statistical tests of the luminosity function both to examine stellar evolution models as well as to determine the age and distance of the clusters without any prior knowledge of the cluster distances. I find that M92 has an age of 14.2 ¬± 1.7 Gyr at an absolute distance modulus of 14.60 ¬± 0.09. M2 has an age of 14.0 ¬± 1.9 Gyr at a V distance modulus of 15.3. M3 has an age of 10.3 ¬± 1.6 Gyr at a V distance modulus of 15.2. M14 has an age of 13.5 ¬± 1.6 Gyr at a V distance modulus of 16.45. Furthermore, direct comparison of the M92 LF to previous LFs suggest that there is no discrepancy on the subgiant branch between observations and models for low metallicity globular clusters. The infrared photometry is combined with new and existing optical photometry to create datasets with BVIJHK s photometry. This information is used to construct a wide range of color-magnitude diagrams to test stellar evolution models and to determine the age, distance, and reddening of the clusters. This results in fitted ages of 12 ¬± 1 Gyr for M2, 12.5 ¬± 1 Gyr for M5, and 13 ¬± 1 Gyr for M12. In general, the results of the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Program are able to accurately predict both the colors and luminosities of the stellar population in Galactic globular clusters, as well as predict the density of stars along the luminosity function.
